SERVICES: Empire provides business consulting (credit strategy, funding pre-qualification, entity structuring, lender introductions, California-licensed notary). We do NOT provide legal, tax, or investment advice, and do not guarantee funding outcomes.
ELIGIBILITY: You must be 18+ and able to contract.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Our maximum liability for any claim is the greater of fees you paid in the prior 12 months, or 100 dollars. No indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
INDEMNIFICATION: You hold Empire harmless from claims arising from your use, violations, or third-party infringements.
GOVERNING LAW: California. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Sacramento County. No class actions.
